Meet Anna Malcolm, One Nation’s candidate for Polwarth. A Larpent local, former flight attendant, and small business owner with a background in financial services, Anna brings deep regional roots and practical real-world experience to the fight for Western Victoria.

Having lived and worked in Bahrain and South Korea before returning home to raise a family and manage a local property, she understands the everyday economic pressures facing regional households. Anna founded and ran an award-winning eco business for 13 years, proving firsthand that environmental responsibility and commercial success thrive together without heavy-handed government bureaucracy.

Drawing on years in superannuation, insurance, and enterprise, Anna sees how state neglect is hurting our region. From falling academic benchmarks in local schools to skyrocketing living costs and crumbling infrastructure, regional Victorians are paying more and getting less while Melbourne consumes the state budget.

Anna is campaigning to deliver strong, practical advocacy across key regional priorities:
Restoring Education Standards: Demanding back-to-basics academic fundamentals in local schools, fixing neglected infrastructure, and supporting teachers so regional children get a high-quality education.

Support for Small Business & Farmers: Cutting state taxes, reducing red tape, and easing energy and compliance burdens on primary producers, local retailers, and employers.

Housing Affordability & Supply: Pushing for planning reforms, infrastructure backing for land releases, and lower state tax hurdles—including dedicated focus on staff housing for local tourism operators during peak periods.

Roads & Transport: Fighting for Polwarth’s fair share of funding to fix dangerous regional roads, upgrade arterial corridors, and restore reliable public transport.
Anna is ready to bring an energetic, common-sense voice to Parliament that puts local families, primary producers, and regional prosperity first.
