ABOUT US
Bruce Whalley has called Greensborough home for more than three decades. With roots in country Victoria and a strong family tradition of military service, Bruce was raised with a deep sense of community, responsibility and public duty.
He brings more than 30 years of professional experience across banking, finance, IT and communications. As the founder of his own communications consultancy, Bruce advised small businesses, councils and federal government organisations, including the Department of Defence and Centrelink.
For the past 13 years, Bruce has also driven Melbourne trams, building a strong connection with the community and earning recognition for his commitment to passengers, including a 2020 Community Champion Award and the 2022 ABC Radio Melbourne Award.
As a husband and father in a family of small-business owners, Bruce understands the pressures facing families and local businesses.
His approach is simple: if something is broken, fix it.
As a One Nation candidate, Bruce is standing for safer communities, better infrastructure, responsible government spending, relief from cost-of-living pressures and stronger support for small businesses.
He is also a strong opponent of inappropriate high-rise development in Greensborough and will stand up for the character of the local community.
Bruce is ready to bring experience, common sense and a strong local voice to Parliament.
