Cameron brings three decades of experience in emergency response roles within the Department of Justice. He is a strong advocate for better support, safer workplaces, and improved resourcing for frontline personnel.

In addition to his public sector career, Cameron is a licensed real estate agent and buyer's agent, who works closely with renters, first-home buyers, investors, and families navigating Victoria's property market. Through this experience, he has developed a strong understanding of the barriers many people face in securing affordable and stable housing.

Beyond his professional career, Cameron is actively involved in the Wyndham community as a junior basketball coach with the Wyndham Basketball Association, coaching players across Under 10, to Under 14 age groups. He values the role community sports plays in building confidence, discipline, resilience, and a sense of community among young people.
