Under the Victorian Electoral Act, all donations of $1,290 or more must be disclosed to the Victorian Electoral Commission within 21 days. This includes where you make multiple donations totalling $1,290 or more in a Financial Year.
You can only donate up to the cap of $5,190 to us in the four-year period between general elections.
