ABOUT US
Ellen Morgan’s employment background in community services has shaped her role as an advocate and regional supporter living and working in the Bendigo area. With many years of frontline experience supporting individuals, children and families from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs, she brings a transparent, inclusive and practical approach to public service.
Her work in youth justice, community services and case management has given her firsthand insight into how gaps in policy, access to services and regional investment affect everyday lives. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to practical, community-focused reform and her interest in contributing to One Nation’s policy direction.
Ellen supports proportionate, rehabilitation-focused youth justice, stronger community supports, meaningful healthcare reform, improved access to aged care, sustainable education and youth services, and fair regional economic development.
She joined One Nation because she believes in addressing cost-of-living pressures, strengthening employment opportunities in regional communities and upholding free speech as a cornerstone of democratic accountability. She also supports secure and orderly immigration and border settings aligned with national capacity and labour market needs.
Grounded in professional experience and a deep understanding of regional challenges, Ellen brings a practical, community-driven perspective focused on fairness, accountability and strengthening the services that help people maintain a stable standard of living.
