Geoff was born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne to Australian born parents with English heritage, growing up heavily involved in sports such as basketball, AFL and golf, whilst working as a basketball referee in the local community for a decade to support his studies prior to commencing his corporate career.

He is educated in Commerce at Monash University and has over 20 years experience in finance sectors, specifically in banking and treasury, bringing commercially minded and financially sensible views to politics with a get back to basics attitude.

He has been fortunate enough to travel the world and experience many other countries, cities and cultures, but still proudly calls Melbourne home as the greatest city on earth. However, like many others, feels that Melbourne has changed, and isn’t what it used to be, with increasing crime, rapidly increasing debt, decline in basic services and a government that only knows how to tax more rather than spend less.

Geoff advocates common sense solutions that deliver genuine outcomes for the community that are fiscally responsible where government can be held accountable and actually represent the people who have elected them. He is committed to representing the people of South-Eastern Metropolitan Region with a strong sense of morality, integrity and responsibility to take Victoria back to where it should be.
