ABOUT US
John is a professional in the construction industry with strong family ties. He was born and raised in Western Victoria and has resided in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs since 2019, including the St Albans Electorate with his young family since 2023.
John has put his hand up to represent his community as he believes everyone, including his own family deserve to live in a safe and prosperous environment, like he was able to when growing up. The ability to walk down the street without fear, drive along our roads with peace of mind and to be able to afford their own piece of the Australian dream. John believes in change. A decrease in crime, a decrease in cost of living and an increase in liveability.
Whilst on his daily commute to work or on his way to community sport John sees first-hand the state of roads, falling apart by the day, rubbish piling up and the negative effects of crime. These are the same issues being discussed at local shopping centres and cafes, as well as the state of our infrastructure.
"For too long the Western Suburbs have been neglected by Labor, and it is time the West receive their fair share."
"The time is up for the West being the state's dumping ground for industrial waste, tips and data centres."
"There needs to be more focus on crime prevention, public infrastructure including roads and hospitals and easing the cost of living."
For John, the permanent closure of the Kealba Landfill, Taylors Road upgrade and the building of Airport Rail are important steps for investing in the West.
John believes that Australia is a great country to live and that should be celebrated. People come from many places and under varying circumstances, if people assimilate to the Australian way of life and work hard, we will be a successful community, as one country, one culture, under one flag.
