Maxwell Gratton is a One Nation candidate for the North-Eastern Metropolitan Region at the 2026 Victorian State Election.

Throughout his career, Maxwell has led organisations through growth, financial and operational improvement, governance reform and significant organisational transformation.

He has worked closely with boards, stakeholders, volunteers and communities to turn strategic plans into practical results.

Maxwell has held four appointments as a Chief Executive Officer across sport business and the arts, having led organisations that operated at national, state and community levels.

He currently leads a management consulting and professional services business and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Community involvement has long been an important part of Maxwell’s life. He is actively involved in his local Catholic parish and has served in a range of voluntary and leadership roles across the community.

Maxwell lives in Ivanhoe, where he grew up, and has a longstanding connection to Melbourne’s north-east.

He is committed to listening to families, businesses and community organisations across the region and understanding the pressures they face.

After many years of political involvement, Maxwell joined One Nation because he believes Victorians need a stronger alternative to the major parties and representatives who are prepared to exercise common sense, make decisions in the interests of everyday Australians and hold government accountable.

He is concerned about the rising cost of living, increasing government debt, community safety and decisions made without proper consideration of how they affect families, businesses and communities.

Maxwell is standing to bring proven leadership, sound judgement and a practical approach to Parliament.

He wants to be a strong and accessible representative who listens to his community, asks difficult questions and works to deliver better outcomes for the people of Melbourne’s north-east.
