Natalie has spent most of her life outside politics, and she believes that’s exactly where more of our elected representatives should come from.

A long-time resident of Melbourne’s north-east, Natalie is a wife, mother of three and employer who has spent years building a business alongside her husband, creating local jobs and experiencing firsthand the opportunities and challenges facing Victorian families and businesses.

Rather than viewing issues through a political lens, Natalie has lived them. Rising costs, increasing regulation, workforce challenges and decisions made far from the communities they affect have reinforced her belief that government should help Australians succeed - not continually make it harder for the people who create jobs, raise families and keep local communities strong.

As both a mother and an employer, Natalie believes one of our greatest responsibilities is ensuring the next generation has every opportunity to succeed. She believes education must get the fundamentals right - strong literacy, numeracy and critical thinking - because these are the foundations young people need to succeed at university, in apprenticeships and trades, in the workplace and in life.

“Education should give young people the knowledge and confidence to think for themselves, not tell them what to think.”

Natalie believes parents should have confidence in their children’s education and supports One Nation’s focus on restoring reading, writing and arithmetic to the cornerstone of education, strengthening critical thinking and creating stronger connections between young Victorians learning trades and the employers who need their skills.

Natalie is equally passionate about supporting small business, strengthening community safety and ensuring hardworking Victorians can build secure futures without feeling the cost of living is constantly moving further out of reach. One Nation’s commitment to reducing wasteful government spending, improving accountability and transparency, phasing out payroll tax and putting community safety first reflects the practical changes she believes Victorian families and businesses are asking for.

Natalie believes good policy begins with understanding the people expected to live with it. Government should be accountable not just for what it intends to achieve, but for the real-world consequences of the decisions it makes.

As One Nation’s lead candidate for the North Eastern Metropolitan Region, Natalie wants to bring practical experience, common sense and accountability to Parliament and be a strong voice for Victorian families, businesses and local communities.
