Paul was born and raised in Melbourne and lives locally within the Hawthorn electorate. With a strong sense of service and community responsibility, Paul has dedicated more than three decades serving Victorians.

His commitment to public service was shaped in part by his father, who proudly served 55 years with Fire Rescue Victoria.

With 31 years of frontline policing experience with Victoria Police, Paul has worked across the state in operational, specialist and leadership roles. This experience has given him a clear understanding of the challenges local communities face, with rising crime, soaring costs and the need for practical solutions that make a real difference.

Paul also brings a broad base of professional qualifications and life experience.  His qualifications include, a Commercial Pilot’s Licence, a Graduate Certificate in Management, a Diploma of Finance, and an Undergraduate Certificate of Mental Health.

Paul understands what Victoria needs to improve. He is standing as a candidate to ensure communities are represented by people who listen carefully, act responsibly, and stay focused on the everyday concerns of families, workers, small businesses, and local communities. He brings a dedicated, practical, and experienced approach.

He is focused on restoring confidence in government by promoting responsible spending, stronger accountability and safer communities. Paul believes taxpayers’ money should be treated with care, frontline services should be supported, and local voices should be heard when decisions are made.

Paul wants to bring the same commitment, discipline and sense of duty that guided his policing career into Parliament, working constructively to identify practical solutions and deliver them.

Paul is seeking the opportunity to continue serving Victorians as a strong, experienced and trusted voice for residents.  He will serve the community with integrity, listen to local concerns, and work hard every day for a safer and stronger Victoria.
