Sebastian Crutchfield is a lifelong Narre Warren North local, husband, expectant father and Managing Director of a successful family-owned Victorian business.

Growing up in Narre Warren North, Sebastian knew a safe, close-knit community where neighbours looked out for one another, sporting clubs united families and local businesses supported their community. His family business has sponsored local clubs and contributed to the area for decades. This shaped his belief that strong communities are built through hard work, personal responsibility and people willing to contribute.

As Managing Director of a growing construction company, Sebastian employs Victorians and delivers road and civil infrastructure projects across the state. Managing people, safety, finances and major projects has given him firsthand insight into the pressures facing families and businesses, including rising costs, excessive regulation and wasteful government spending.

At 26, Sebastian sees his age as a strength. Often the youngest person in boardrooms and industry meetings, he has earned respect through determination and results. He brings fresh energy, the confidence to speak honestly and the practical leadership experience to turn ideas into action.

Sebastian is standing as the One Nation candidate for Narre Warren North because he refuses to accept declining community safety, unaffordable living costs and poor government accountability as the new normal. He supports restoring law and order, easing pressure on families, backing small businesses, protecting individual freedoms and putting everyday Australians first.

As Sebastian and his wife prepare to welcome their first child, his motivation is deeply personal. He wants local families to enjoy the same safe, connected and community-minded Narre Warren North in which he grew up.

Sebastian is not seeking to become another career politician. He is standing to bring drive, common sense and genuine local representation to Parliament.
