ABOUT US
Stuart grew up on a family farm at Clunes which he continues to work to this day. He has done many things along the journey but remained close to the land and retained those family values of loyalty, integrity, and honesty that were taught by his parents and close community.
"My father was a WW2 vet and when he returned, the community was very supportive of him and he of it. I learned the values of community support and engagement from a young age."
Stuart moved into Soldiers Hill to raise a family. He and Cathy have lived in the same house for 34 years and love the area and their street.
Stuart studied a business degree with an economics major. He has worked as a large property and business Manager and before retiring was a General Manager for a family corporate business. He has skills in budgeting, project management and financial planning and accountability.
"I know I have the smarts to help get Victoria back on a sustainable economic path. My business acumen and One Nation's policies of lower taxes and strong financial accountability mean we can be responsible with your money, lower taxes, and support businesses and householders to keep more of your money in your pockets."
"One Nation's policy to dump net zero and remove all taxpayer funding for renewable energy projects means we can avoid passing on to consumers the enormous costs of duplicating a power system that already exists. We will stop the Con".
Stuart is leader of this area's Scrap the Tax campaign. He has campaigned to stop the Emergency Services and Volunteers Tax. He has met with politicians, presented to public meetings, submitted to the 2026 bushfires enquiry, and been supported by thousands of property owners and firies from across the Victoria.
"This campaign has given me a real insight into how deceptive and allusive the current Victorian Labour government is. They have little regard for the taxes they raise from hardworking Victorians and this disrespect has to stop."
One Nation's policy to dump net zero and remove all taxpayer funding for renewable energy projects means we can avoid passing on to consumers the enormous costs of duplicating a power system that already exists. We will stop the Con.
