As I’m sure many of you are aware, the South Australian State Election is approaching fast!

Turning Point Australia (TPAus) has initiated operation ‘boots on the ground’. This is a campaign initiative to master a few bus loads of Victorians, drive them to SA, and support conservative candidates at the SA State Election on Saturday 21st, March.

They’ve kindly made space and twin share accommodation available for the first 36 pairs of One Nation Victoria members who step up and sign on. Accommodation is discounted to $60 per person, per night (2 nights). (The rooms are twin share, therefore it is ideal to bring a friend).

Pickup points will be on Friday 20th, March at:

• Longwarry Ampol service centre, 290 Sand Rd, Longwarry, VIC - 08:30AM
• BP truckstop car park, 94 Princess Freeway, Officer VIC - 09:05AM
• My 7-Eleven Truganina, 1593-1601 Western Fwy, Truganina VIC - 10:25AM
• BP Ballarat truck-stop, 9401 Western Fwy, Warrenheip VIC - 11:20AM

We’ll return via the same buses to the same locations on Sunday 22nd. 

If you’re one of the bold and lucky few, you’ll be forwarded the details of a discounted Airbnb in one of the selected suburbs. This will need to be paid for in advance to ensure no one misses out. 

We’ll connect you to the booth captains and campaign coordinators in one of the areas below (depending on the Airbnb location link that you and your battle buddy secure):

• Adelaide CBD
• Glenelg
• Pasadena
• Westbourne Park

Noting how busy our South Australian candidates and their coordinators are going to be on the day. Be prepared to catch an Uber or Taxi to and from your allocated booths. 

Make no mistake, this mission will be a test of endurance. You’ll need to remain solution oriented and capable of self-management. So please consider this before signing on. But, for those Victorian members within our ranks that are ready and willing to step up and fight alongside our South Australian brethren. The rewards, celebrations, and satisfaction once the day is done will be one for the ages.  

Success in South Australia will go a long way to achieving success in Victoria this November.
