MONASH UNI GRANTS PAID LEAVE TO ABORIGINAL STAFF TO “recognise the impacts of colonisation

Let’s be clear: no workplace
should be dividing employees or allocating benefits based on RACE. That is the exact opposite of unity, equality, and the Australian principle of “one rule for all.

Every Australian—regardless of background—faces personal and family challenges, and ALL employees already have access to all sort of leave, including personal leave, compassionate leave, and mental health support.

Creating RACE-BASED leave categories is not reconciliation - it is PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT.

Policies like this entrench division. They send the message that modern Australians must carry perpetual guilt for events that occurred long before any of us were born, and that SOME groups deserve extra entitlements - simply because of ancestry.

That is a dangerous precedent, and it is completely inconsistent with a fair and cohesive nation.

Only One Nation is willing to say what most Australians are thinking: the era of race-based privileges must end.
